A Public Hearing to Consider a Resolution Approving the Issuance of Bonds for the Purpose of\nFinancing and/or Refinancing Certain Revenue Bonds for Emanate Health and Affiliates\nRecommended Action for the City Council:\nConduct a public hearing under the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) in connection with\nthe proposed bonds by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA) in amount not to\nexceed $90,000,000 for the purpose of financing and/or refinancing certain revenue bonds for Emanate Health;\nand\n— 1. Adopt a City Council Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nGLENDORA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF THE CALIFORNIA STATEWIDE\nCOMMUNITIES DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY REVENUE BONDS (EMANATE HEALTH) SERIES 2025 IN\nAN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $90,000,000 FOR THE PURPOSE OF\nFINANCING AND/OR REFINANCING THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION, EQUIPPING,\nIMPROVEMENT, RENOVATION, REHABILITATION AND/OR REMODELING (INCLUDING BY\nREIMBURSING EXPENDITURES MADE FOR SUCH PURPOSES) OF HOSPITAL, HEALTH CARE AND\nRELATED FACILITIES AND CERTAIN OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.”
