E. FIFTH AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH SANDRA MEDRANOQ TO PROVIDE HOUSING CONSULTANT\nSERVICES POR THE GIS HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS\nThe City Council is requested to approve the Fifth Amendment to the\nConsultant Services Agreement to provide housing consultant services for\na term of one additional year.\nRecommendation:\n1. Review and approve the Fifth Amendment to the consultant services\nagreement (Attachment “A”) with Sandra Medrano (Medrano) to\norovide housing consultant services for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 and\nincrease the total compensation by $42,161, for a total of $249,939; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the Fifth\nAmendment with Medrano for FY 2025-26.
