AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND A RELATED\nAMENDMENT TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER TO\nPROVIDE RAPID REHOUSING SERVICES – 1) Adoption of a resolution authorizing the City Manager to\nexecute a grant agreement and related program documents with the Department of Housing and\nUrban Development’s Continuum of Care Program for a renewable grant award amount of $1,124,280;\nand\n2) Adoption of a resolution approving an amendment and extension to a professional services\nagreement with Community Resource Center to provide rapid re-housing assistance and case\nmanagement services to assist individuals and households experiencing homelessness in the City of\nCarlsbad in an amount not to exceed $1,256,515.
