3.6\nApproval of Addendum No. 1 to the Delegated Maintenance Agreement between the\nCity of Westminster and the State of California, acting by and through the\nDepartment of Transportation, for Litter, Debris, and Fence Maintenance Along a\nPortion of Beach Boulevard.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve the subject Addendum No. 1 to the Delegated Maintenance Agreement\nbetween the City of Westminster and the State of California, acting by and through\nthe Department of Transportation for litter, debris, and fence maintenance along a\nportion of Beach Boulevard; and\nB. Approve an increase to the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Revenue Budget, Account Number\n51500-39069 (Street Maintenance - Reimbursement - Other) in the amount of\n$200,000; and\nC. Approve an increase to the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Expenditure Budget, Account\nNumber 51500-43090 (Street Maintenance - Contractual) in the amount of\n$200,000; and\nD. Authorize the City Manager to execute the addendum on the City’s behalf, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nRESOLUTION
