3.7\nAdopt a Resolution Approving the Final Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program\n(CIP) and Master Plan of Arterial Highways (MPAH) Consistency Update for Measure\nM2 Eligibility Submittal for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 through Fiscal Year 2031-2032.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nA. Approve the Final Measure M2 Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal\nYear 2025-2026 through Fiscal Year 2031-2032; and\nB. Authorize its submittal to the Orange County Transportation Authority along with\nother required documents for the Measure M2 eligibility compliance; and\nC. Amend the City’s approved Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program project list\nfor Measure M2 eligibility for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to include the Citywide Street\nSweeping Project; and\nD. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY\nCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING THE\nSTATUS AND UPDATE OF THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT/MPAH\nCONSISTENCY, AND MITIGATION FEE PROGRAM FOR THE MEASURE M2\nPROGRAM.”\nREPORT
