13. Fiscal Year 2025-26 Engineer’s Report for Landscape Lighting Act District Nos. 22,\n24, 27, and 32; Proposed New or Increased Assessments for Calabasas Park\nEstates; Certification of Balloting Results; and Approval of Final Engineer’s\nReport, Diagrams and Assessments\nRecommendation: Open the continued public hearing from June 11, 2025,\nregarding the proposed levy of assessments for Landscape and Lighting Act District\nNos. 22, 24, 27, and 32 for Fiscal Year 2025–2026, including consideration of new or\nincreased assessments for the Calabasas Park Estates Zone within District No. 22,\nin accordance with the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972 and Proposition 218.\nUpon conclusion of public testimony, the hearing will be closed to allow for the\ntabulation of ballots submitted by property owners in Calabasas Park Estates. Once\nthe tabulation is complete, the hearing will be reopened to declare and certify the\nresults. The following are recommended actions:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-1972, declaring and certifying the results of a mail\nballot proceeding conducted in connection with the Calabasas Park Estates\nZone within Landscape Lighting Act District No. 22.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-1973, approving the Final Engineer’s Report,\nincluding new or increased assessments for the Calabasas Park Estates Zone,\nordering the levy and collection of assessments, and confirming diagrams in\nconnection with Landscape Lighting Act Districts No. 22, 24, 27, and 32.
