(SLA) for Citywide Landscape Maintenance Services. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve a Public Works\nAgreement between the City of Bell and SLA Inc, for Citywide Landscape Maintenance\nServices in an amount not-to-exceed $131,040 annually for a term of 3 years with the option\nto extend it by 2 additional one-year terms.
