32.\nAWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4353 TO HI-WAY SAFETY, INC. TO PROVIDE\nSIGNAGE AND TRAFFIC CONTROL SUPPLIES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4353 to Hi-Way Safety Inc. to provide Signage and Traffic\nControl supplies for a three (3) year term, with two (2) one-year extension options, for a not-to-exceed\nannual amount of $200,000 ($600,000 total over the initial three-year term); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
