19.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-40 AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL\nTRANSIT ADMINISTRATION (FTA) FUNDING UNDER THE LOW OR NO EMISSION GRANT PROGRAM AND\nTHE GRANTS FOR BUSES AND BUS FACILITIES PROGRAM TO SUPPORT MONTEBELLO BUS LINES’\nZERO-EMISSION BUS FACILITIES AND FLEET TRANSITION PLAN\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-40 authorizing the City of Montebello to apply for Federal Transit Administration\n(FTA) funding under (i) the Low or No Emission Grant Program (Low-No Program) and (ii) the Grants for\nBuses and Bus Facilities Program (Bus and Bus Facilities Program) [collectively, hereinafter the\n“Grants”], in the amount of $18,653,940; and\n2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
