31.\nAWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4354 TO CRAFCO TO PROVIDE SUPPLY AND\nDELIVERY OF ASPHALT REPAIR MATERIALS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4354 to Crafco to provide Supply and Delivery of Asphalt\nRepair Materials for three (3) year term, with two (2) one-year extension options, for a not-to-exceed\nannual amount of $80,000 ($240,000 total over the initial three-year term); and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
