30.\nAWARD AGREEMENT NO. 4327 TO A.O. REED & CO. FOR CITYWIDE HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR\nCONDITIONING (HVAC) PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES (RFP NO. 25-10)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Agreement No. 4327 to A.O. Reed & Co. for the provision of citywide HVAC preventative\nmaintenance and repair services in accordance with RFP No. 25-10 for an initial three (3) year term, July\n1, 2025 through June 30, 2028; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement for a not-to-exceed amount of $847,684 for the\ninitial three year term, which includes $247,685 for preventative maintenance and up to $600,000 for asneeded repairs ($200,000 per year); and\n3. Authorize a separate one-time encumbrance of $175,000 for HVAC services for the Fire Station #56\nRenovation Project (CP 923); and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any future amendments to the agreement,\nincluding up to two one-year extensions; and\n5. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
