34.\nAPPROVE SOFTWARE SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4212 WITH PLACER LABS, INC. TO PROVIDE\nECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS, CONSUMER VISITATION REPORTS, AND PROJECT\nIMPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Software Services Agreement No. 4212 with Placer Labs, Inc. to provide economic development\nanalysis, consumer visitation reports, and project implementation strategies for a total, two-year not-toexceed amount of $62,000 and a one-year extension option; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute Software Services Agreement No. 4212 with Placer Labs, Inc, on\nbehalf of the City; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
