23.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 4180 WITH KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES, INC.\nTO EXTEND THE COMPLETION DATE FOR BUS STOP IMPROVEMENT PROJECT CONSULTING\nSERVICES AND APPROVE ISSUING A BUS STOP INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLATION AND RELATED\nCONSTRUCTION REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 4180 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (Kimley-Horn\n& Assoc.), extending the agreement term by six (6) months from June 30, 2025, to December 31, 2025,\nfor Bus Stop Improvement Project (BSIP) Consulting Services; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager and/or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2 on behalf of the City of\nMontebello (City); and\n3. Approve issuing a Bus Stop Infrastructure Installation and Related Construction Request for Proposals\n(RFP) in July 2025; and\n4. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
