36.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-48 AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE LAND AND\nWATER CONSERVATION FUND GRANT PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-48 authorizing the submission of an application for the Land and Water\nConservation Fund Grant Program; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to delegate the authority to the Director of Recreation and Community\nServices to conduct all negotiations and execute and submit documents reasonably-necessary for the\ncompletion of the awarded project; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
