22.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3894 WITH TRANSTRACK SYSTEMS, AND\nAMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. 3978 WITH OPTIBUS, FOR TRANSIT ANALYSIS, SCHEDULING,\nAND REPORTING SOFTWARE SUPPORT SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 5 to Agreement No. 3894 with Transtrack Systems, Inc. (Transtrack), for a oneyear (1-year) term, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $51,415, to extend end-user software licenses and\nsupport services for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) reporting; and\n2. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. 3978 with Optibus, Inc. (Optibus), for a two-year (2-year)\nterm, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $236,640, to extend end-user software licenses and support\nservices for transit scheduling; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the aforesaid amendments on behalf of the City of Montebello;\nand\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
