9.\nPUBLIC HEARING ADOPTING RESOLUTION NO. 25-53 VACATING A PORTION OF BLUFF ROAD NORTH\nOF MAYNARD ROAD AND RESERVING AN EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OVER THE VACATED PORTION FOR\nTHE BENEFIT OF A WATER UTILITY PURSUANT TO STREETS AND HIGHWAY CODE SECTIONS 83208325 AND GRANTING EASEMENTS FOR THE PURPOSES OF CELL, POWER, AND GAS UTILITIES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing considering adoption of Resolution No. 25-53 (Attachment A) confirming the\nvacation of a portion of Bluff Road, north of Maynard Road and reserving an exclusive easement over\nthe vacated portion for the benefit of a Cell, Power, and Gas utilities pursuant to Streets and Highways\nCode Section 8320-8325; and\n2. Authorize permanent easements for the following utility companies: AT&T California, Southern California\nEdison, and Southern California Gas Company; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
