8.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-52 CONFIRMING THE FY 2025-26 ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR THE ANNUAL\nNATASHA LANE SEWER AND STORM WATER PUMP ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2005-2 AND LEVYING\nSUCH ASSESSMENTS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adopting Resolution No. 25-52 (Attachment A) confirming the\nFiscal Year 2025-26 Engineer’s Report (Attachment B) for the Annual Natasha Lane Sewer and Storm\nWater Pump Assessment District No. 2005-2; and\n2. Authorize the Levying of the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Assessments; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
