10.\nADOPTION OF FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGET\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Resolution No. 25-54 (Attachment A) adopting the Fiscal Year 2025-26 operating and capital\nbudgets for all funds; and,\n2. Approve Resolution No. 25-55 (Attachment B) adopting the compensation plan, table of organization,\nsalary matrix and job classifications for Fiscal Year 2025-26 and,\n3. Approve Resolution No. 25-56 (Attachment C) establishing a Fiscal Year 2025-26 appropriations limit per\nGovernment Code Section 7190 (Gann Limit); and,\n4. Approve necessary amendments to the Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget as outlined in Attachment F; and,\n5. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
