11.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 25-50 APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN\nTHE CITY OF MONTEBELLO AND THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SHEET METAL, AIR, RAIL,\nAND TRANSPORTATION WORKERS (SMART-TD)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 25-50 approving a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of\nMontebello and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail, and Transportation Workers –\nTransportation Division (SMART-TD); and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
