8E. Award an agreement with Interwest Consulting Group to provide On-Call\nTenant Relocation Services. Environmental Considerations: The action being\nconsidered by the City Council is not subject to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines\nbecause it is not a "project" under Section 15378(b)(5). The action involves an\nadministrative activity of government that will not result in a direct or indirect\nphysical change in the environment.
