Award Construction Contract to DB Pipeline, Inc. for the Self-Realization\nFellowship Drain Pipe Repair Project (CD25A).\nEnvironmental\nConsiderations: The project is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(c), which\ncategorically exempts minor alterations to existing public streets, sidewalks,\ngutters, and similar facilities, including the replacement or reconstruction of\nexisting structures and facilities. This exemption includes improvements and\nalterations that do not create additional automobile lanes.
