8. SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH ECS IMAGING, INC\nFOR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE AND\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve a second amendment to the\nagreement with ECS Imaging, Inc. for electronic document management\nsoftware and services for a one-year term extension with an increase in\ncompensation of $50,000, bringing the total not-to-exceed amount to\n$187,820. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the\nSecond Amendment to the Agreement with ECS Imaging, Inc., substantially\nin the form attached.
