Approve a five-year contract with RPW Services Inc. (RPW) from trail\nmaintenance and right of way (ROW) maintenance services for the period of\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract on behalf of the City in\nsubstantially the form attached and in such final form as approved by the City\nAttorney.
