Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-55 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A SUBAWARD\nAGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES AGING AND\nDISABILITIES DEPARTMENT FOR THE ELDERLY NUTRITION PROGRAM\n(SUBAWARD NUMBER ENP 252609) AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER\nOR THE ACTING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SUBAWARD AGREEMENT\nAND FUTURE AMENDMENTS TO THE SUBAWARD AGREEMENT\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute agreements and approve\npurchase orders for meals from vendors on the County's list of approved caterers,\nincluding any amendments to such agreements and purchase orders.\nFIRE DEPARTMENT
