1. ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. O­23­1401 (SECOND READING)\nAMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 23.03.10 TO EXTEND THE\nAPPLICABILITY OF OBJECTIVE DESIGN STANDARDS TO ALL\nMULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS IN THE C­1 ZONE\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council the City Council adopt Ordinance\nNo. O­23­1401. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation an\nappropriate motion would be:\n“I move to waive full reading and adopt Ordinance No. O­23­1401, an Ordinance of\nthe City Council of San Marino, California amending Municipal Code Section\n23.03.10 to extend the Objective Residential Design Standards to impose the\nstandards on all multifamily residential projects in the C­1 zone.”
