REVIEW OF DRAFT FY 202324 CAPITAL EQUIPMENT PLAN AND 5\nYEAR FORECAST\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council review the draft FY 202324\ncapital equipment budget and 5year plan and provide direction and guidance on two\nmatters: 1) approve or reject the proposed FY 202324 expenditures, and 2) offer\nguidance on any FY 202425 or beyond equipment expenditures that should be\nmoved up into FY 202324. Staff will include the Council’s direction in the proposed\nbudget.
