Appoint Council Members to fill the vacancies on the Homeward Bound Committee and the\nRules and Policy Committee;\n2. Designate a representative to serve on the Desert Regional Steering Committee;\n3. Review all current committee assignments and determine representatives and alternates as\nappropriate;\n4. Establish new committees if needed; and\n5.
