4. Join the California Community Housing Agency (CalCHA) Middle­Income Rental\nHousing Program (All Wards) Pg. 99\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California,\nadopt Resolution No. 2025­323:\n1.\nAuthorizing the City to become a member of the California Community Housing\nAgency (CalCHA); and\n2.\nApproving and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Joint Exercise of\nPowers Agreement relating to the Agency and one or more Public Benefit\nAgreements with the Agency; and\n3.\nApproving the Agency’s issuance of Revenue Bonds for the new construction of\nessential middle­income housing projects within City limits.
