21.\nConstruction Contract with R.J. Noble Company for the Bristol Street\nRehabilitation from Santa Clara Avenue to Memory Lane Project (No. 22-6990\n& 25-6427) ( Non-General Fund)\nDepartment(s): Public Works Agency\nRecommended Action: 1. Approve the transfer of $513,227 from the Well 32\nImprovement Project (No. 13-6433) construction funds to the Bristol Street\nRehabilitation from Santa Clara Avenue to Memory Lane Project (No. 256427).\n2. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Capital Improvement\nProgram to include an additional $513,227 in construction funds for the Bristol\nStreet Rehabilitation from Santa Clara Avenue to Memory Lane Project (No.\n22-6990 & 25-6427).\n3. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery\ncost of $1,153,688, which includes $922,950 for the construction contract,\n$138,443 for contract administration, inspection, and testing, and a $92,295\nproject contingency for unanticipated or unforeseen work.\n4. Award a construction contract to R.J. Noble Company, the lowest\nresponsible bidder, in accordance with the base bid and bid alternates in the\namount of $922,950, for construction of the Bristol Street Rehabilitation from\nSanta Clara Avenue to Memory Lane Project (No. 22-6990 & 25-6427), for a\nterm beginning July 1, 2025, and authorize the City Manager to execute the\ncontract.\n5. Determine that, pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, the\nrecommended actions are exempt from further review.
