14. Resolutions Establishing Benefits for Executive Management, Middle Management,\nProfessional and Confidential Employees and Repealing Resolution No. 23-53 and\nResolution No. 23-54. In accordance with the City’s compensation and benefit practices, and\nconsistent with the allocations outlined in the approved budget process, the City Council is\nrequested to approve an update to the benefit resolutions for Executive and Middle Management\nemployees. These updates ensure alignment with established standards and supports the City's\nongoing commitment to competitive and fiscally responsible employee compensation.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt the attached resolutions, establishing benefits\nfor Executive Management and Middle Management, Professional and Confidential Employees;\nand repeal Resolution No. 23-53 and No. 23-54 respectively.
