B.16. NATIONAL NIGHT OUT AGAINST CRIME IN WEST HOLLYWOOD [D.\nRIVAS, A. SHANDI]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider designating Tuesday, August 5,\n2025, as National Night Out Against Crime in West Hollywood and\napprove various administrative requests to assist in the success of\nNational Night Out events.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Proclaim August 5, 2025 as “National Night\nOut” in West Hollywood; 2) Approve all street closures and parking\nrestrictions for National Night Out block parties and allow the City\nManager to approve additional street closures for National Night Out 2025\nas deemed appropriate; 3) Approve the City’s official sponsorship of all\nWest Hollywood National Night Out events and waive all City fees\nassociated with this event; and 4) Approve lifting parking restrictions within\nneighborhood watch/resident association National Night Out activation\nvicinities between 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
