HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the award of an\nAgreement for Maintenance Services to Hardy & Harper, Inc. to provide\nannual streets and alleys maintenance and repair services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Maintenance\nServices with Hardy & Harper, Inc. to provide annual streets and alleys\nmaintenance and repair services for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$1,805,650; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute\nall documents incident to the Agreement.
