TSIPIS, K.\nDEVINE]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an Agreement with\nHP Communications Inc., to provide the City of West Hollywood with AsNeeded Fiber Repair and Installation Services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a three-year agreement with HP\nCommunications, Inc. for a total not-to-exceed amount of $950,000 for AsNeeded Fiber Repair and Installation Services; 2) Authorize the Director of\nFinance and Technology Services to approve change orders related to\nassociated projects; and 3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute documents incident to the Agreement.
