TSIPIS]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider extending the Exclusive\nNegotiation Agreement with Plenary Broadband Infrastructure WH LLC to\nallow additional time to negotiate the terms for the Public-Private\nPartnership to develop a fiber network to improve broadband services\ncitywide.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an extension of the Exclusive\nNegotiations Agreement with Plenary Broadband Infrastructure WH LLC.\nuntil October 31st, 2025, to allow additional time to negotiate a PublicPrivate Partnership to improve broadband services Citywide; 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the\nAgreement.
