RIVAS, L.\nLANGER]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will receive an update on cannabis marketing\nsupport and consider amending the Agreement for Marketing Support with\nWest Hollywood Tourism Marketing Fund, DBA Emerald Village West\nHollywood, for cannabis marketing to extend the term of the agreement by\nfive months to December 31, 2025.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Receive an update on cannabis marketing\nsupport; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and approve\nAmendment No. 3 to the Marketing Support Agreement with West\nHollywood Tourism Marketing Fund, DBA Emerald Village West\nHollywood, to extend the term of the agreement by five additional months\nto December 31, 2025.
