Holt Ave.)\nIt is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Attorney to file nuisance\nabatement actions in Los Angeles Superior Court against the property and business\nowners of the Pala Motel located at 987 E. Holt Ave.; the Deluxe Motel located at 915 W.\nHolt Ave.; and the Super Inn located at 975 W. Holt Ave.
