5)\nCONSIDERATION TO AUTHORIZE SUBMITTAL OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE BOARD OF\nSTATE COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS FOR THE PROPOSITION 47 GRANT PROGRAM\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Authorize the submittal of a grant application to the Board of State Community Corrections\nin the amount of $3,865,349 for the Proposition 47 Grant Program – Cohort 5; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.
