Expenditure: None.\nIn response to an oral request by Councilwoman Kalani with City Council concurrence, it is the\nrecommendation of the Finance Director that the City Council provide direction to reallocate $16,560 to the\nPolice and $16,560 to the Fire Department fiscal year 2025-26 operating budgets from the fiscal year\n2025-26 City Council operating budget.
