Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant Application Services\nfor Downtown Dog Park\nRecommendation: To approve a task order for MVR Consulting to provide Land\nand Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Grant Application\nServices for the proposed Downtown Dog Park not to\nexceed $30,000; authorize the Director of\nEngineering/Public Works to execute the task order if it is\ndetermined the location of the Downtown Dog Park is\neligible for the LWCF Grant; and authorize a $30,000\nGeneral Fund Budget Amendment to the Engineering\nProfessional and Technical Services 100-8601 fund.
