RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE\nCITY OF BUENA PARK AND THE BUENA PARK POLICE ASSOCIATION (BPPA)\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt a resolution approving a successor Memorandum\nof Understanding (MOU) between the City of Buena Park and the Buena Park Police\nAssociation (BPPA); and 2) Approve a budget amendment in the amount of\n$4,595,200 from the undesignated General Fund balance for this purpose.
