A. Award Bid to AAAdvantage Concrete Coatings for the Resurfacing of Parking Structure 5 Stairs\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 and Section 15302 of\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines;\n2. Award Bid #4504 to AAAdvantage Concrete Coatings for resurfacing of Parking Structure 4\nand 5 stairs for the Department of Transportation Parking Operations Division; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a contract with AAAdvantage\nConcrete Coating in an amount not to exceed $750,971 (including a 5% contingency) for\ntwo years.\na.
