CC 5. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lancaster and Greenland\nSymmetry to pursue Homekey+ program grant funding to support the development of\npermanent supportive housing located at 43530 17th St. West\nRecommendation(s):\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)\nbetween the City of Lancaster and Greenland Symmetry, LLC. to pursue Homekey+ grant\nfunding.\nThe MOU would formalize the relationship of the following parties that will, upon approval,\njointly apply for Homekey+ grant funds. City of Lancaster will be the main applicant for\nHomekey+ funding. Greenland Symmetry will be the City’s co-applicant. Greenland\nSymmetry will be responsible for securing site control, leading the initial build-out of the\nproperty, and coordinating with necessary partners to support project implementation.
