Accept Los Angeles County Local Solutions Funds (Measure A)\nRecommendation(s):\n1.\nAccept Los Angeles County Local Solutions Funds (Measure A) in the amount of\n$2,409,601.00 to revenue account 20430000.4998\n2.\nAppropriate $2,409,601.00 to expenditure account 20430000.5656, for the\nimplementation of the Local Solutions Funds (Measure A) programs/projects.\n3.\nAuthorize the City Manager or his designee to execute all contracts, amendments, and\nassociated documents, including memoranda of agreements, and other agreements necessary\nor appropriate to implement and expend up to $2,409,601.00 in accordance with the Funding\nAgreement Between County of Los Angeles and the City of Lancaster for Homeless Services,\nsubject to City Attorney approval.\n4.\nAuthorize the City Manager or his designee to accept future Los Angeles County\nLocal Solution Funds (Measure A) pursuant to Funding Agreement Between County of Los\nAngeles and the City of Lancaster for Homeless Services, and execute all future contracts,\namendments, and associated documents, including memoranda of agreement, and other\nagreements necessary or appropriate to implement and expend all future appropriations up to\nthe amount awarded to the City by Los Angeles County, in accordance with the Funding\nAgreement Between County of Los Angeles and the City of Lancaster for Homeless Services,\nsubject to City Attorney approval.\nThis report focuses on accepting and allocating funds in the amount of $2,409,641 through\nthe Funding Agreement Between County of Los Angeles and the City of Lancaster for\nHomeless Services Contract.
