9.\nAmendment to the Reimbursement Agreement (Lease Rider No. 1) with Heartland\nCommunications Facility Authority for Tenant Improvements at Station 6\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Approve the First Amendment to Rider No. 1 to the Heartland Communications\nFacility Authority Amended and Restated Lease, which establishes project\nmanagement and reimbursement responsibilities for tenant improvements at Fire\nStation No. 6; and\n2. Appropriate $600,000 of City CIP Fund (501) equity, reimbursed by Heartland\nCommunications Facility Authority, to increase the Fire Station No. 6 Renovation\n(233804PWCP) project.
