10.\nCity of El Cajon Annual Sewer Charges Report for Fiscal Year 2025-2026\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Opens the Public Hearing and receives testimony;\n2. Closes the Public Hearing;\n3. Determines if a majority protest has been received; and (if not)\n4. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\nDetermine the lack of majority protest;\nOverrule objections to the report;\nAccept the City of El Cajon Annual Sewer Charges Fiscal Year\n2025-2026 Report;\nAccept Appendix B, which identifies by parcel number, each parcel of real\nproperty receiving sewer services, and the amount of sewer charges for\neach parcel for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 at the currently adopted rates, as\nrequired by the California Health and Safety Code section 5473, et seq.,\npertaining to collection of sewer charges on the tax roll;\nDirect the City Clerk to file the reports with the San Diego County Auditor;\nand\nDirect the Finance Department to file a certification of the sewer service\ncharges with the San Diego County Auditor.\nADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS:
