7.\nAward of Bid No. 008-26 – Maintenance & Repairs of Mechanical Doors & Gates\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\n1. Approve Plans and Specifications for Maintenance & Repairs of Mechanical\nDoors & Gates, Bid No. 008-26;\n2. Find the sole bidder’s omission of principal's signature on the bid bond a minor\nirregularity; and;\n3. Award the bid to the sole responsive, responsible bidder, eRoom, Inc. (EI), in the\nnot-to-exceed amount of $97,200, with the option to renew for four additional\none-year periods.
