6.\nVehicle Replacement & Outfitting Services\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Appropriate $775,000 of available Vehicle Replacement Fund (606) balance to\nincrease the Vehicle Replacement budget (606895);\n2. Authorize an additional $255,000 for Capital Expenditures in the Vehicle\nReplacement Budget (606895); and\n3. Approve an amendment to the Agreement for Services with AEP-California, LLC\n(AEP) for Vehicle Outfitting Services to increase the contract for the second\nrenewal term in the not-to-exceed amount of $600,000.
