4.\nAnnual Reporting of State Mandated Fire Inspections (SB 1205)\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to acknowledge receipt of the\nreport made by the Fire Chief regarding compliance with the annual inspection of certain\nidentified occupancies pursuant to sections 13146.2 and 13146.3 of the California\nHealth and Safety Code.
