5.6 AWARD OF SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE (SAAS) AGREEMENT WITH TYLER\nTECHNOLOGIES, INC., FOR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND HUMAN\nRESOURCES SYSTEM SOFTWARE (Turner)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1)\nApprove Software as a Service Agreement (SaaS) with Tyler\nTechnologies Inc., to provide and assist the City with the\nimplementation of new Financial and Human Resources Management\nSoftware for a total cost of $73,110 for the first year; and\n2)\nAuthorize the Mayor to execute the proposed (SaaS) with Tyler\nTechnologies Inc.\nItem No. 5.6
