Approve Cooperative Purchase agreement 25C197 with Tyler Technologies, Inc., for\nSoftware as a Service in an amount not to exceed $2,792,958 for a five-year term\nbeginning July 1, 2025, and continuing through June 30, 2030;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
